Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or subscribing to any 7NEXUS AI service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Risk Disclosure.
2. Nature of Our Service
7NEXUS AI is a technology service provider, not an investment adviser, portfolio manager, broker, or fund manager. We provide:
- Confirmed Signal Calls — algorithmically generated cryptocurrency trading signals, delivered to you and, where authorized, executed directly on your own connected exchange account
- Hedge-Mode Execution — an automated long/short structure-trading module operating on your own connected exchange account
We do not manage client funds, do not accept custody of client assets, and do not guarantee any outcome, return, or profit.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering a binding contract, and permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction to trade cryptocurrency, to use our services.
4. Account Registration & KYC
- You must complete identity verification (KYC) before any service is activated, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Providing false information may result in suspension or termination of your account.
5. Subscriptions & Fees
- Fees are billed in USDT as published on our pricing page, with an INR equivalent shown at a fixed rate of 1 USDT = ₹100.
- Subscriptions are prepaid for the period selected (weekly, monthly) and do not auto-renew unless you opt in.
- Payment is verified manually by our admin team after you submit proof of payment; your subscription activates only upon approval.
- Fees are for platform and technology access. They are not contingent on trading profit or loss, and are not refundable once a service period has begun, except where required by law.
6. Exchange Connection & Custody
- You connect your own account on a supported exchange (Binance, Bybit, or Kraken — one exchange per account) using an API key you generate and control.
- You must configure your API key with trade-only permissions. You must never enable withdrawal permissions for the connected key; if a service prompts you to do so, do not proceed and contact us immediately.
- We do not have, and will never request, the ability to withdraw or transfer funds from your exchange account. All executed trades occur directly on your account, under the position limits associated with your subscribed plan.
- A minimum balance of 10,000 USDT (₹10,00,000) must be maintained in your connected account for auto-execution to remain active. Falling below this threshold will pause auto-execution until the balance is restored.
7. No Guarantee of Performance
Nothing on our platform, website, or in any communication from us constitutes a guarantee, promise, or assurance of profit, or a representation that losses cannot occur. Past performance of any signal, strategy, or module does not indicate future results. See our Risk Disclosure for full detail.
8. Prohibited Use
You may not use our services to violate any applicable law, engage in market manipulation, or misrepresent your identity or the source of your funds.
9. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, provided false KYC information, or engaged in activity that exposes us or other clients to legal or security risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 7NEXUS AI is not liable for trading losses, market conditions, exchange outages, or actions taken by you or your connected exchange account. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
